Our client
In 2024, Visual Europe Group established its base at the HelloParks logistics centre in Fót. The office complex spanning two buildings and 3,000 m² is distinguished by Central Europe's largest ARRI-certified 900 m² virtual film studio. The building ensemble also includes two smaller film studios, as well as a four-storey warehouse space alongside the offices. To ensure smooth operation of the office and studio facilities, our client chose to implement a comprehensive building automation system and entrusted Nective with the project.

Our favorite detail
Due to the heat output of the LED walls, the automation system can cool the studio even during the heating season. When cooling is required in winter, the automation monitors the outdoor temperature and first attempts to cool the studio by introducing outside air to meet cost-efficiency requirements. If that is not sufficient, the system switches the building's heat pumps to cooling mode and redirects the appropriate mechanical elements to begin cooling the space. Since there are multiple heat pumps in the building, the system can cool the studios while heating the service areas.
