Senior Sales Manager – Building Automation

Nective Kft. is a company that develops, manufactures and integrates complex building automation systems. To realise our ambitious plans, we are looking for a senior sales professional who can turn our current operations into a structured, scalable business.

This is not just a sales role. It is a business-building and market-building position.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing domestic and international distributor network
  • Complex project sales (project size 5–50 M HUF)
  • Margin-driven pricing decisions
  • Pipeline and forecast management
  • Structuring sales processes
  • Product development feedback
  • Building long-term strategic partnerships

Ideal candidate:

  • 8+ years B2B technical / MEP / electrical sales experience
  • Proven track record in project-based sales
  • Experience in building distributor networks
  • Profit- and margin-focused mindset
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Structured, systems-thinking approach
