That's why we offer three different payment plans for the comprehensive Nective System solution, which includes hardware, software, and installation costs:
A.
One-time payment
The system's hardware, software, and installation labor costs are paid in a single amount, transferring full ownership of the system to the client. Beyond this, only the monthly fee for the BMS data points needs to be paid.
B.
Monthly rental
The client rents the system's hardware and software based on the number of data points, i.e., controlled and measured elements, while the installation labor cost is paid in one sum.
This plan enables building automation with lower financial investment. The rental fee includes system maintenance, software updates, repairs, and, when necessary, replacing components with the latest hardware.
C.
Monthly rental + deferred installment
The client rents the system's hardware and software based on the number of data points, i.e., the number of controlled and measured elements, while the installation labor and material costs (which become part of the building) are paid through deferred installments.
This eliminates the need for significant financial investment to introduce a building automation system. The rental fee includes system maintenance, software updates, repairs, and, when necessary, replacing components with the latest hardware.
